Returns Policy

We like to know you’re completely satisfied with any purchase you make. That’s why we provide a no-quibble 28 day exchange service if you’ve made the wrong choice of colour, style or size and a 28 day returns policy if you’re unhappy with your order for any reason. All the more reason to buy now and make great savings without any risk!

RETURN

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase or have changed your mind, you can return the item(s) within 28 days of receiving them. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any returns for a refund outside of this period. You may be required to pay for the collection of goods. Your statutory rights are not affected. In the event of a return, any vouchers claimed would be deducted from the refund total.
 

EXCHANGE

You can exchange an item within 28 days of receipt. There will be an additional charge for customers who require shipping new items out as well as for collection of exchanged goods. There may be an additional charge for collection of original goods if you are not in the UK mainland. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept any returns for exchange outside of this period. Your statutory rights are not affected.

DAMAGED / FAULTY GOODS

If the purchased goods arrive damaged/faulty, please contact our customer service department as soon as you notice the damage or fault and we will be happy to arrange a replacement. All damages must be reported to us within 5 days of receiving goods. Any damage claims made outside of this period will not be upheld. For all transit related damages please inform our customer service department within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Our couriers will not accept any responsibility for such damage claims outside of the 48-hour period.

RETURN / DELIVERY CHARGES

For all unwanted goods being returned for a refund, a collection charge will apply. The amount will be determined by the size and weight of goods and the customer service advisor will advise you of this when you call to arrange a return. If the replacement items are to be returned for exchange/refund then a collection/delivery charge will apply.
